“Train your employees and strengthen your company”
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Alliot, as an institution accredited by the Lombardy Region, can populate the regional catalogue with courses that allow companies to benefit from the Continuing Education Voucher.
The Lombardy Region promotes continuous training for workers and entrepreneurs, with the aim of fostering the development of human capital with respect to the specific training needs of all professional figures and all types of businesses.
The incentive is provided in the form of company training vouchers for workers who meet the requirements set out in the notice. This measure allows workers to participate in training courses approved in the Regional Catalog.
The Lombardy Region's Continuing Education Voucher is intended for private companies of any sector and size with operational headquarters in Lombardy, recognized associations, foundations, freelancers, self-employed workers, and sole proprietors.
INTERPROFESSIONAL FUNDS
Alliot is an institution accredited by FONDER, FORMATEMP and FORMAZIENDA: national Interprofessional Joint Funds (FPI) established with the aim of promoting and financing worker training.
Companies wishing to invest in training can access Interprofessional Joint Funds, introduced by Law 388/2001 for this very purpose.
Joining is a free choice for the company, which can happen at any time.
Joining the Funds does not entail any cost for companies and is done through the usual Uniemens contribution declaration form (Ex DM10) sent to INPS, indicating the code of the chosen Fund in the appropriate spaces.
By joining the Interprofessional Funds, companies can use the fixed quota, equal to 0.30% of the contributions paid to INPS earmarked for training, to design training programs for their employees.
Alliot supports companies in:
- Training needs analysis: identifying the path best suited to the needs of companies
- Finance search: support in choosing the solution (regional voucher, interprofessional funds) that effectively meets the needs of companies
- Design:definition of the contents of the training project.
- Delivery: scheduling, issuing of teaching materials and certificates/certifications of skills.
- Training needs analysis: identification of the training path best suited to the needs of companies. Reporting: preparation of the documentation necessary for the closure of the training project.
