Alliot's training offer is dedicated

• to companies: courses on workplace safety, innovation, cross-functional or specialized training for each company function.
• to the unemployed: in collaboration with the local employment agencies, Alliot designs and delivers professional training courses
• to freelance professionals: thanks to accreditation with the CNI and the collaboration of local Professional Orders and Colleges, it designs and delivers courses, conferences and seminars for all freelance professionals with the issuing of CFPs.

Alliot also offers support from internal companies for personnel selection and induction into the company after appropriate professional training specific to the type of client company.

The courses can be followed:

• in person, at our office in Segrate or at the customer's office
• online, comfortably from home in asynchronous mode via the Kattedra platform based on M.E.L.T.S. (Modular E-Learning Tracking System) technology or in synchronous mode via E-Learning platforms (e.g. Teams).
