ll corso aggiornamento preposti si pone l’obbiettivo di aggiornare le conoscenze e competenze in materia di salute e sicurezza sul lavoro, approfondimenti giuridico-normativi, aggiornamenti tecnici e organizzativi. Il corso è disciplinato dall’art. 37 comma 7 del D.Lgs. 81/08, correttivo D.Lgs. 106/09, (modificato dalla Legge 215/2021) e dall’Accordo Stato-Regioni del 17/04/2025
Il Corso Formazione è rivolto ai Preposti e Dirigenti di Aziende a rischio basso, medio ed alto ed è valido come aggiornamento periodico ai sensi dell'Accordo Stato Regioni del 17/04/2025
Il corso non consente l'acquisizione dei CFP.

Participants who wish to withdraw their registration for reasons unrelated to the organization may request a refund of 75% of the amount paid.
ALLIOT Srl reserves the right to cancel the training event up to five days before the start date if the minimum number of participants is not reached. In this case, the amount already paid will be refunded. If necessary, ALLIOT Srl reserves the right to change the dates and/or delivery methods of the event, promptly informing registered participants.
