Alliot is accredited by the Lombardy Region for Education and Training Services and is also an authorized Provider by the National Council of Engineers (CNI). It can deliver training events that, upon attendance, lead to the achievement of CFP (Certified Training Certificates) for the student Engineer.
Alliot has been operating in the field of training and professional orientation since 2021.
Alliot firmly believes that training is essential to remaining competitive in ever-changing sectors, and that the issue of worker health and safety must be addressed and disseminated beyond merely theoretical and legislative aspects.
The training courses are aimed at:
• young people and adults (employed and unemployed);
• companies that need to train their staff on workplace safety or that need to update their employees' skills;
• professionals who want to delve deeper into specific topics and require training credits.
Alliot employs qualified personnel with appropriate educational qualifications, specific skills, and the experience necessary to optimally meet training needs.
Alliot adopts a Quality Management System compliant with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and an Occupational Health and Safety Management System compliant with the requirements of the ISO 45001:2018 standard.
Code of Ethics and Organizational Model
In order to ensure fairness and transparency in carrying out its activities and to meet the accreditation requirements of the Lombardy Region, Alliot srl has adopted its own Organization, Management and Control Model in line with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments.
The adoption of this Model is intended to be a valid tool for raising awareness among all Recipients so that they may follow, in carrying out their activities, correct and consistent behaviors in compliance with the ethical principles and values on which the Company is historically founded, such as to prevent the risk of committing the crimes contemplated in the Decree.
In order to strengthen the value of the principles and rules contained in the Model, Alliot has implemented a Procedure for Reporting Violations, which allows the persons indicated in Article 5, paragraph 1, letters a) and b) of Legislative Decree 231.01, to submit, to protect the integrity of the entity, detailed reports of unlawful conduct, relevant pursuant to this decree and based on precise and consistent factual elements, or violations of the organization and management model of the entity, of which they have become aware by virtue of the functions performed.
Alliot guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower and of the other persons involved in the report, as well as the content of the report and related documentation.
